About this event

Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plans are a necessary component of every organization’s readiness for emergencies and disasters, allowing the organization to “stay in business” through and following an incident & continue to serve their patients/clients. The COOP Plan is a detailed-oriented plan that documents the decision making, logistics and coordination that must occur to get your organization back up and running as quickly as possible.

The Tampa Bay Health & Medical Preparedness Coalition's (TBHMPC) Continuity of Operations Plan webinar series is designed to support any Coalition member organization in the development or refinement of their COOP Plan. Regardless of how mature your plan is, these webinars are for you!

This webinar is the first in a series of four and will cover an introduction to COOP Planning, the basics and COOP-related requirements for health care organizations.
